the cost of shipping for all orders via "UPS ground",
"Fed EX ground" or "Airborne ground" (only
applies to orders that these carriers will accept). This does
not include any special requests for expedited delivery. All orders
received by HomeDecorations.com ship via UPS, Fed EX or Airborne
Express "ground" unless other arrangements are made.
UPS, Fed EX or Airborne Express "ground" does not ship
to P.O. Boxes (US Postal), A.P.O. Boxes (US Military) or F.P.O.
Boxes (Foreign). All other deliveries by common carrier (non-UPS,
Fed EX or Airborne Express "ground" shippable) because
of size or weight will be billed to the customer and you must
call 1-(800)
489-9496 for the shipment
cost with your order and any special shipping instructions. If
you desire to ship and pay for either “3rd Day Select”
or UPS “2nd Day Air” we will arrange for the shipment
after you call us at 1-(800)

Hawaii and Alaska: All orders
to Alaska and Hawaii must ship “3rd Day Select” or UPS
“2nd Day Air” and the customer is responsible for all
shipping costs.
International orders will
only be processed and shipped after you have called us at (303) 972-1553 and informed us who and where to ship
to your International Freight Consolidator and Forwarding Company
(IFC&F Co.). Shipments by UPS, Fed EX or Airborne Express
"ground" to your IFC&F Co. will be at HomeDecorations.com
expense if this IFC&F Co. is in the contiguous 48 states.
Any customs duties and other expenses related to shipping via
your IFC&F Co. are the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY TIME
HomeDecorations.com requires
2 days to process your order. Then the item(s) will be scheduled
for shipping with UPS, Fed EX or Airborne Express "ground".
UPS, Fed EX or Airborne Express "ground" picks up orders
every business day at the our suppliers warehouse and UPS, Fed
EX or Airborne Express "ground" states that deliveries,
depending on their zone classification, may take up to two weeks
to deliver. Please allow 14 to 21 days for your order to be delivered.

needs. Please allow 24 hours for tracking requests placed Monday
through Thursday and all requests placed Friday through Sunday
will be answered that following Monday.
