Customer Satisfaction: HomeDecorations.com extends to you
a 30-day guarantee on any item you ordered and received from us.
All inquiries must be received within 30 days after you received
the item. Please call 1 (800) 489-9496, e-mail email us or fax us at (303) 979-7986. HomeDecorations.com will gladly replace
the item or refund your payment for any of the following reasons:
Damaged Shipments: Upon receiving your order you should
immediately open and inspect your order in front of the UPS driver.
You should refuse shipment if the package(s) appear damaged. If
you received damaged product and were unable to refuse shipment,
please call 1 (800) 489-9496 immediately. We will issue a Return
Merchandize Authorization number and instructions on where to
send the product(s).
Returns: HomeDecorations.com has a 30-day return or exchange
policy we want you to be a satisfied customer of ours. Please
follow these steps:
1) Either call @ 1-(800) 489-9496, e-mail orders@homedecorations.com or send us a fax @ (303) 979-7986 for your Return Merchandize
Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Shipments
with out a RMA# will not be accepted.
2) Your order must be shipped in its original box with all installation
instructions and/or manuals.
3) If the return is not due to a damaged shipment, you must ship
the return at your expense. Any “C.O.D.” shipment(s)
will not be accepted and are subject to a 15% restocking fee (click Return Policy)
4) Upon receipt of the returned item HomeDecorations.com will
either credit your method of payment (credit card or send a refund)
or order and ship the replacement item.
Shipping Errors: HomeDecorations.com closely monitors its orders
to ensure that you receive what you order, but when an error occurs
we will replace the order and give you instructions on how to
return the item(s) at our expense. Please notify us within 7 days
of receipt of your order.
